Just starting out?
We would love to hear what you’re thinking.
What about design fees?
Every project is different and so are the fees. Things like size, scope, and timeline all play a role. But no matter where you’re starting, we’ll always give you a clear, tailored quote before you commit. Your initial consultation is always free, and there’s no obligation, it’s just a chance to understand your goals and see if we’re the right fit.
Not sure what you need yet? Feel free to reach out for a rough guide or fill out the form that feels closest and we’ll take it from there.
“Our layout kind of works, but it could be better.”
We’ll help you uncover what’s not working and sketch ideas that make your space feel more functional and considered.
Doesn’t include external changes, permits, or builder coordination.
“This room just isn’t working and we need to fix it.”
Whether it’s the kitchen, bathroom, or laundry, we’ll reimagine the space and prepare it for builder-ready delivery.
Doesn’t include town planning unless required. We’ll advise if it’s needed and adjust the scope accordingly. Also excludes ongoing construction admin or structural reconfiguration beyond the nominated room(s).
“We want to honour what’s here, but rework it in a meaningful way.”
For larger renovations or extensions, we take care in shaping something new that respects the home you already love.
Town planning and quantity surveying are quoted separately, if required. This tier works best when you’ve got a clear build path and a realistic budget to match.
“We’ve got a blank slate and want to get it right from the start.”
From first sketches to final detail, we’ll guide the full design process, creating a home that’s thoughtful from the ground up.
Doesn’t include land acquisition, council planning approval, or large consultant disbursements. If you’re still exploring where or whether to build, this might be a few steps ahead.
“I know I want to change something, but I’m not sure where to begin…”
Let’s talk it through. This is a no-pressure way to start the conversation and see what’s possible.
